和婚プランナーという仕事柄、京都の料亭では魯山人の作品にふれることもあるだけに興味深い内容です。

著者の手元にあった魯山人の茶碗が不注意からわれてしまいました。
しかし、われたことは茶碗の最後ではありませんでした。
金継ぎでよみがえった茶碗は、以前は感じられなかった個性を備え、独自の美を創造していたのです。
そして、新たな命が吹き込まれた魯山人の茶碗が、完全ではないものの美しさを教えてくれたのです。

不完全なもののほうが美しい。
