先日ご結婚式のサポートへ料亭左阿彌さんへ行かせて頂きました。
その際、お部屋の片隅にこんな素敵なものを見つけました。
One day, I went to Ryotei SAAMI to support a wedding reception.
Then, I found this wonderful thing at the corner of the room.

葉っぱを活けられたのは左阿彌さんの料理長、そして鶴と亀の入れ物を作られたのは左阿彌さんの料理人さんたちとの事。
よく見ると、この鶴と亀はかぼちゃで作られております。
The one who arranged the leaves was the chief of the cook, and the one who made the case with crane and turtle craved were the cook of the SAAMI.
If you look closely, this crane and turtle are made with pumpkin.

とても繊細で細かな曲線に、左阿彌さんのお料理人さんがお料理を作られるときのきめ細やかなお気持ちが手に取るように感じました。
I could know that the cook have delicate and neat feeling when they do the coking from its fine and delicate curved line.

そして季節ごとに変わる絵柄のクッションが置かれたロビーには、こんな涼しげなお飾りが。
このお皿の絵を描かれたのは、左阿彌さんの女将さん。
And in the lobby where the cushion which changes its cover from season to season, there were this decoration which you could feel the coolness.
The drawing on this dish was drawn by mistress of SAAMI.

目立つ事はないが、お部屋の片隅に飾られた左阿彌さんのおもてなしの心。
お料理や景色だけでなく、多方面から京都や風情を感じて頂ける工夫をされておられます。
暑さ厳しい日が続いておりますが一時暑さを忘れる事ができる、そんな空間となっております。
The OMOTENASHI spirit of SAAMI which is decorated at the corner of the room and which do not stand out.
They are contriving not only in cuisine and the scereny but also various direction in order to make their guests feel Kyoto and atmosphere.
It is such a space where you could forget the summer heat.

また来月には、秋のしつらえになるのでしょうか。

In the next month, I think it would change it to autumn color.
